WHAT'S NEXT?

AGEWORKS™ HAS THREE MAJOR GOALS

1.  Educate businesses about the potential gains in productivity, revenue and competitive strength that flow from hiring and retaining employees in the 50+ group, and to raise awareness of the advantages of maturity, knowledge and work ethic afforded by 50+ employees in mentoring, team-building, diversity tolerance and creating a positive intergenerational culture.

2.  Assist individuals 50+ who are seeking to enhance their skills and acquire new competencies to pursue work opportunities, or who envision a shift in career or industry, whether in business or a volunteer capacity.

3.  Create innovative and long-term age-friendly business strategies for companies to capitalize on the changing needs of the mature consumer
