2. Assist individuals 50+ who are seeking to enhance their skills and acquire new competencies to pursue work opportunities, or who envision a shift in career or industry, whether in business or a volunteer capacity.
3. Create innovative and long-term age-friendly business strategies for companies to capitalize on the changing needs of the mature consumer
